In 2008, Little Workers won two awards at the Australian Fashion Design Awards in March and was a national finalist for American Express Rewards for Excellence. In addition, Ivanka was a state winner in the 2008 Telstra Business Women's Awards.
During her educational career, Ivanka studied Interior Design at Melbourne University. She is a member of the International Retail Association and Chamber of Commerce as well as part of the Study of Female Entrepreneurs. A charitable individual, Ivanka regularly donates clothing to orphanages around the world.
