Valda Schulte has received the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Retail Industry.

WADENA, SK, CANADA, May 30, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Valda Schulte has received the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Retail Industry. As Owner of Vysions By Valda Ltd. she has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Vysions By Valda is a retail clothing store which offers fashionable, brand name apparel for men and women. The staff provides a friendly and fun atmosphere to shop in. The store carries clothing for the whole family as well as a variety of quality shoes and accessories.

Valda is energized by the fact that customers travel from places as far as Saskatoon, Regina and British Columbia because of the fact that the store carries unique fashions. She feels extremely lucky to be able to hand pick all of the clothing, jewelry, and shoes that the store carries. Valda credits her success to success to the town of Wadena for their unwavering support. She also credits her family as they always lend a helping hand encouragement and praise is what has kept her dedicated to the business.

From a young age, Valda knew that she wanted to be in fashion. After fashion design school, she jumped on the opportunity to own her own store. Vysions By Valda was established in June, 2004. She found a store that was quite spacious which gave her the freedom to start fresh.

Valda was always a plus size girl growing up, and found it very difficult to find clothing that was hip and stylish. She hopes to design clothing for the "bigger" generation so that they can feel proud about their bodies. She feels that they can learn to feel confident while looking good at the same time. Valda sees fashion as being an essential part of self expression as well as an important creative outlet for each individual. She chose to spell visions with a "y" as a way of emphasizing the individuality of each person as well as the many different sides of her own personality.

During her educational career, Valda earned a Diploma from the School of Women's Design. She is an incredibly creative and talented individual who greatly enjoys drawing, painting and writing in the time away from her busy schedule.
