Garcia, Jr., Vice President and General Manager of the Rossignol Softgoods Division, NA of Rossignol Ski Company, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in product innovation, marketing, sales, manufacturing of Outdoor performance/lifestyle products.

Mr. Garcia brings 15 years of professional experience to Rossignol Ski Company, a manufacturing company that specializes in active outdoor winter/summer clothing and accessories, skis, boots, poles and binding. As vice president and general manager of the Rossignol Softgoods Division for North America, he is responsible for devising and managing manufacturing, merchandising strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, product design and innovation. Mr. Garcia has taken leadership roles in multiple departments, but places particular emphasis on the apparel side of the business. Prior to joining Rossignol Ski Company, he worked at Columbia Sportswear Co. based in Portland Oregon for nine years, occupying the positions of divisional merchandise manager, merchandiser, brand manager, design director, and senior designer. Mr. Garcia's 3 year tenure at Fila USA inc. based in NYC worked with the active division as senior designer.

A product of the NYC's FIT "Fashion Institute of Technology", Mr. Garcia earned his Degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising in 1991. In his spare time, he volunteers with various environmental/sustainable organizations such as Evergreen Alliance & POW "Protect Our Winters". He is very passionate about the outdoors an is a active enthusiasts in snowboarding, river rafting, hiking, mtn biking, cycling, and snow shoeing, He enjoys his job immensely, and attributes his success to his hard work, listening skills and commitment to always doing the right thing. His future goals include expanding the business further by promoting the outdoor industry in general and taking on a greater leadership role at the company.
